Experienced Construction Lawyer
Job Description:
We are seeking to appoint an experienced solicitor to join our property team (which is one of the largest in the region) to specialise in construction law.
We act for a wide variety of clients including national developers, contractors and funding institutions and we are currently handling a number of significant development projects up to values of £130,000,000.00.
The successful candidate should have
Experience of dealing with a full range of non contentious construction matters including Appointments, Warranties and Construction Contracts
A strong academic and technical background
Client development skills together with the ability to proactively manage matters and to work as part of a team are essential skills required for this role.
