Sharman Law is a well-established firm of solicitors with its main office in Bedford and a second office in Ampthill. The firm traces its roots back to 1809 when Francis John Budd, the founder of the firm, established his practice in Bedford’s St. Pauls Square, on the corner of which the firm still practices. Since then the firm has grown to its present size and is one of the leading provincial legal practices. Several of the Partners and Consultants are Notaries Public as well as being Solicitors. A Notary Public is the only person capable of authenticating certain documents for use abroad. Documents sealed by a Notary Public are recognised throughout the world.
