We are seeking to recruit lawyers with expertise and interest in the following areas, where we already have a significant profile:
Commercial: especially in the creative/media, technology, professional services and entertainment/leisure sectors: advising clients on joint ventures, acquisitions and mergers, IP, competition and contracts.
Company/commercial: working in the public and housing sectors on company formations, collaborations, consortia and constitutional and governance advice.
Property Finance: major regeneration projects and large scale transactions for national not for profit and commercial clients.
