Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to deputise for the team leader in helping to manage the effective running of the New Business Customer Contact Team. You will provide a point of contact for any escalated client calls and ensure that workloads are managed to ensure that SLA’s are met. In addition you will monitor the quality of team calls and provide feedback and coaching where necessary. With experience in a supervisory role the ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate and manage a team whilst ensuring that customer focus is maintained at all times. You will be a clear and confident in talking to groups and individuals and set personal goals to outperform required standards. This position is part time (15-18 hours per week, evenings and weekends).
