Planning Lawyer

Up to £38,404 pa + excellent benefits + relocation (pay award pending)
Developing good relationships with client departments, elected Members and the public, you will be involved in the negotiation and preparation of section 106, section 38 and section 278 agreements; you will be expected to deal with enforcement matters and planning appeals, and give sound written and verbal advice to officers and Members of the Council on subjects covered within your role. You will be a Solicitor/Barrister or equivalent.
